Pre-dispatch
If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order,kindly send an email to support@balvinruso.com within 6 hours of placing your order.


Post-dispatch
Once the order was dispatched,we could not accommodate any cancellation requests.
However if the product is found wrong/damaged ,you can raise a return request within 7 days of order delivery.
